Our founder, Eronia Hunt, is a lifelong coffee lover with an unyielding passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee. Her journey with coffee began as a teenager before she started her own specialty coffee company. Her love for coffee and a dream to create something meaningful led to the birth of Jimmie Mae Specialty Coffee. Named in honor of her beloved grandmother, Jimmie Mae, our coffee shop embodies the warmth, love, and dedication that Jimmie Mae inspired. Her grandmother frequently reminded Eronia that “it is always better to give than receive” and“ you can’t beat God giving.” Every sip of our coffee carries the legacy of a woman who believed in community and giving back.
